Talk at Google: How to Sit, Stand and Move in the Modern World

It was super exciting to be given this opportunity.  There was an audience of about 40 "googlers," mostly young men.  My goal in putting it together was to be relevant to that demographic, but also speak to all of you.  I like how it turned out and hope you do too.
