From Posture to Performance with Pete Kadushin
/Pete Kadushin’s podcast, Mental Training Lab, is dedicated to providing practical tools and expert insights for improving performance—to “elevate your game in work, play and life”. Pete’s expertise is in performance psychology. He happened upon my book, Body Mandala, liked it and invited me to share the mike.
